Also handles customer service situations and complains concerning volunteers, as well as assists convention guests in directions and information concerning the convention, channels, voice chats, etc.

Panel Moderator
Moderator(s) that ensure Discord Server panels run smoothly and stay within family-friendly ratings.

Twitch Moderator
Moderator(s) that ensure Twitch streams during the Digital Convention run smoothly and stay within family-friendly ratings.

Person(s) that check convention guest tickets upon entry.
